Terms and Conditions for the 99-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

1. Eligibility: The 99-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee is available to customers who purchase Wallex® directly from our official website or Wallex kiosks. Purchases from other retailers, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora, are not eligible for this guarantee.

2. Guarantee Period: The guarantee period begins on the day of delivery and lasts for 99 days, in two stages:

   • Days 1–7: Return your item for a full refund, no questions asked.
   • Days 8–99: Return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is returned in good, brand-new condition with complete packaging.

   To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support before the applicable window ends.

3. Return Conditions: For exchanges or store credit requested between Day 8 and Day 99, the product must be returned in good, brand-new condition, free from damage, alterations, or wear, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

4. Return Process: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A quality check will be conducted upon receipt of the product; this process may take up to 5 business days.

5. Refund Eligibility: For returns made within the first 7 days, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–12 business days following a successful quality check. Returns made between Day 8 and Day 99 are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, not a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on sale, as part of a special promotion, or marked as “sale” are not eligible for this guarantee.

7. Limitation of Guarantee: Each customer is limited to one use of the 99-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee per product. The guarantee is intended for customers to experience the product and is not meant for repeated returns or exchanges.

8. Fraudulent Activities: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple returns, intentional damage to products, or exploitation of the guarantee.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
