Terms and Conditions for 99-Day Risk-Free Trial

  1. Eligibility: The 99-Day Risk-Free Trial is available to customers who purchase Wallex® directly from our official webstore. Purchases from other retailers, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora, are not eligible for this trial.

  2. Trial Period: The trial period begins on the day of delivery and lasts for 99 days. To initiate a return, contact our customer support before the trial period ends.

  3. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, free from intentional damage, alterations, or excessive wear and tear.

    • The product must be free of scratches, damages, and must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

    • Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Return Process:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • A quality check will be conducted upon receipt of the returned product. This process may take up to 5 business days.

  5. Refund Eligibility: Following a successful quality check confirming the product meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10-12 business days.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on sale, as part of a special promotion, or marked as “sale” are not eligible for the risk-free trial.

  7. Limitation of Trial: Each customer is limited to one risk-free trial per product. The trial is intended for customers to experience the product and is not meant for repeated returns or exchanges.

  8. Fraudulent Activities: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple returns, intentional damage to products, or exploitation of the risk-free trial.

  9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
